These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the digital products, e-books, operational playbooks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and automated workflows (collectively, the "Services") provided by M. Solutions. By executing a transaction for our digital assets, you agree to be bound by this contractual framework.

01 // Financial Execution & MoR

Payments and Tax Liability

We utilize globally recognized "Merchant of Record" (MoR) partners, such as Gumroad, to securely process all financial transactions. By purchasing a product, you acknowledge that the MoR acts as the legal reseller of the product. The MoR is strictly responsible for the secure processing of your payment credentials, fraud prevention, and the collection/remittance of any applicable global taxes (e.g., VAT, GST) based on your geographic jurisdiction.

All prices are listed and processed in USD unless dynamically converted by the MoR. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information to our MoR partners.

Earnings and Income Disclaimer

The strategies, playbooks, and case studies detailed in our products (e.g., "The Micro-SaaS Flip") are for educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that you will achieve the same results, earn money, or successfully acquire and sell digital assets.

Your success depends entirely on your own technical execution, operational discipline, market conditions, and dedication. Any financial numbers referenced on our sales pages or in our materials represent exceptional results of experienced operators, not a promised outcome. By utilizing our Services, you accept that all business investments carry inherent risk, and M. Solutions is not liable for your financial success or failure.

03 // Intellectual Property

Asset Licensing and IP Rights

When you acquire a product from our marketplace (such as an E-Book, SOP checklist, or Swipe File), you are purchasing a single-user license to consume and utilize the asset, not the overarching intellectual property.

• Permitted Use: You may utilize the knowledge, templates, and SOPs strictly for your own personal or internal business operations (e.g., acquiring and scaling an asset you own).
• Prohibited Use (Zero Tolerance): You are expressly forbidden from sharing, sub-licensing, repackaging, or reselling our E-Books, SOPs, or Swipe Files. You may not distribute these materials via torrents, group buys, or cloud drives. Violation of this IP protocol will result in immediate algorithmic termination of your access and potential legal action.

04 // The Guarantee

Action-Based Refund Policy

We stand behind the operational mathematics of our systems. Specific products, such as our "Elite Tier" playbooks, carry an action-based conditional guarantee. Due to the easily copied nature of digital goods, refunds are not granted for "buyer's remorse" or simply failing to read the material.

05 // Legal Protection

Limitation of Liability

Our educational playbooks and templates are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. In no event shall M. Solutions, its lead operator, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or business interruption) arising from your execution (or inability to execute) the strategies outlined in our digital assets.

Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

06 // Governance

Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

This contractual agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Amman, Jordan.
